Which kind of session is best for you? Do you need a full session or a mini-session? Would a Baby Plan or a Family Plan work better for you or not?
A full custom portrait session is our signature session, it is what Carla thinks of when she envisions a session with a family or children. It includes the following:
- 1-2 hours at a location of your choice
- unlimited clothing changes
- a minimum of 30 images in your proofing gallery
- includes all members of one family
- pricing from the current print pricing book
- requires a $100 session retainer to hold your spot
- has a minimum purchase requirement of $100
Mini-sessions are offered at special times of the year, and are generally offered around a specific theme. A popular mini-session is our holiday card mini-session. These include the following:
- 15-20 minutes at specific location of Carla’s choosing
- a minimum of 5 images for proofing
- is limited to 4 people in the image
- pricing is generally a special “mini-session” only pricing
- requires a $25 session retainer to hold your spot
- minimum purchase requirement of $50
The Baby Plan is offered to families with a child under the age of 6 months at the start of the plan. There are 4 sessions, and you have 18 months to complete the sessions. This includes the following:
- 4 full custom portrait sessions in locations of your choice
- 1 8×10 from each session
- 24 page 5×7 album
- 1 digital image
- “locked” in to the current pricing book
- 25% discount on purchases of prints off the al a carte pricing
- $400 to join – (an $1100 value without the discounts on other prints)
The Family Plan is a wonderful option for those families who know they will be getting portraits taken of someone in their family at least every 6 months. I’ve had families use this where the Grandparents bought it and used the first session for a large family session (paying extra for the extra family members), then had each of their adult children use one session for their family portraits, then a special session for someone. Or another family bought this to do a full session of each of their 3 children, then one session for the family. However you choose, here is what it includes:
- 4 full custom portrait sessions in locations of your choice
- 2 years to complete all sessions
- 1 8×10 from each session
- 24 page 5×7 album
- 1 digital image
- “locked” in to the current pricing book
- 15% discount on purchases of prints off the al a carte pricing
